but somehow they've not included the grounds for a fine for carrying a rattle can, as in can you buy spray paint and walk home or take public transport? could you be fined for doing so? i understand that lets say your caught in a graphing area with a can in you bag not being used you could be fined but where does that stop?
personally i think it may come down to whether you fit the profile of a vandal.
the next coming months are going to be interestingly funny, i've already seen several of these signs, taged to hell.
since im always painting stuff at home with a rattle can i'll likely walk in a cop shop and inquire about what the are the ground for the $5hund and fidy fine. update to come.
be smart out there, no one needs to cop a $550 fine, you know who you are.
